Sega Releasing Game Gear Titles For 3DS
Sega's gonna be kicking information technology senile school on Nintendo's new handheld cabinet.
When I was thriving sprouted, the Gamey Gear was the super-cool portable console that only when the superior-rich kids were able to afford. I made due with a Gamy Boy, but I e'er yearned for Sega's impressive system of rules. At present, of class, I could bargain a Game Gear for a pittance, or I could just wait until Sega starts releasing its old games for the 3DS.
Yesterday, Sega discovered that IT's got five Game Gear titles coming to the system's Virtual Soothe service. As of satisfactory now, the newspaper publisher's got Sonic & Tails 2, Sonic Drift 2, Shinobi (the GG version), Dragon Quartz glass Shirani's Maze, and Columns. Reported to Andriasang, no price point or official release date has been announced yet.
I can't suppose that I'm abysmally surprised by this revelation, since Sega's been releasing a slew of old titles as DLC happening services like Xbox Live, Virtual Console, and the PlayStation Mesh (though IT's probably for the best if we pretend that Sonic Adventure never proverb the abstemious of 24-hour interval). That said, it certainly sounds alike the 3DS will have a long ton of great games uncommitted for download.
